COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
In this Policy, the term “personal information” includes any information that identifies or makes an individual identifiable. Depending on situation we may collect the personal information described below when you access or use our services or products.
(1)Information We Collect Through the Usage of Our Services
If you access the Services through a mobile device, we may be able to identify the general location of your mobile device (not precise geolocation data), your mobile device’s brand, model, operating system, resolution, screen size, system version, Bluetooth settings, internet connection, random-access memory (“RAM”), the application you have installed, the applications you have running in the background, mobile device’s advertising ID.
(2)Information We Collect from Third-Party Sources
The Services may include links to third-party websites and social media services where you may be able to post comments, stories, reviews or other information. Your use of these third-party websites and social media services may result in the collection or sharing of information about you by these third-party websites and social media services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies and settings on the third-party websites and social media services with which you interact to make sure you understand the information that may be collected, used, and shared by those third-party websites and social media services.
USAGE OF THE INFORMATION
We will use the provided information to create your account, provide Services to you, troubleshoot, improve and optimize our Services, contact you, and create reports for internal use. We use information collected through our Service for purposes described in this Policy or disclosed to you in connection with our Service. Communicate with you about promotions, rewards, upcoming events, and other news about products and services offered by us and our selected partners. For Advertising, to the extent we display advertising in our Services, we may allow advertising networks of our affiliates and partner networks to collect information about your mobile device to enable them to serve targeted ads to you.
Third party operators are also allowed to collect and use non-personal information to conduct research and analysis, or to target advertisements, or other limited purposes.
DISCLOSURE OF THE INFORMATION
We do not share your personal information except as approved by you or as described herein, Such as :our employees, contractors, affiliates, distributors, dealers, vendors and suppliers who provide certain services to us or on our behalf, such as operating and supporting the Services, analyzing data, or performing marketing or consulting services. These Service Providers will only have access to the personal information needed to perform these limited functions on our behalf. In addition, we may disclose your information to the extent that we are required to do so by law which may include to government bodies and law enforcement agencies.
Our Services may offer social sharing features and other integrated tools such as the “Like” button on social networking website, which let you share actions you take on our Services with other media, and vice versa. The use of such features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the entity that provides the social sharing feature.
CHILDREN / CHILDREN’S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT
Our App complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 in violation of COPPA, and if in the event that a user identifies himself or herself as a child under the age of 13 through a support request, we will not collect, store or use, and will delete in a secure manner, any personal information of such user.
We allow users to contact us if they have support questions about use of our mobile applications. If you submit a support request, we may receive your email address and other information you provide related to your support request (“Support Information”). We use Support Information only for the support for the internal operations of our App as provided under Section 312.2 of the COPPA rules effective July 1, 2013.
We do not knowingly collect or use any Personal Information from children under the age of 13. To the extent we feel that our App is directed to children under the age of 13, we will not collect Personal Information from users of this App.
If you are a parent of a child under 13 years of age and you believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us and we will delete the information from our system.
We may collect Non-personal Information, such as a device ID or other persistent identifier linked to the device or computer, which may be used by a child to play our App. The data collected will be anonymous and not tied to any Personal Information. In addition, this data will be used solely for internal purposes such as personalization of content, security, and contextual (not behavioral) advertising.
Certain of our App may permit in-game purchases, even if the applicable game was free to download. Such purchases do not always require the re-entry of credit card information because they may be made through an existing third-party account. If you are a parent who is concerned about this feature, you may disable the ability to make in-game purchases.
If you are between the age of 13 and 18, please obtain your parents’ permission prior to registering with our Platform or providing us with any Personal Information.
