White-label Magento support means a senior Magento specialist does work for your agency's clients under your agency's name: you own the client relationship, the scope and the billing, and I work in the background as part of your team. I offer white-label audits, pre-sales and discovery support, senior Hyvä, integration and upgrade capacity, rescue of troubled projects and enablement for your developers, at partner rates quoted on request. NDA is standard, and I never approach your client unless you ask me to.
White-label Magento development and audits for agencies
A senior Magento (Adobe Commerce) specialist for your agency's clients, working under your brand and inside your process. Audits, pre-sales support, Hyvä and integration work, and rescue of troubled projects - while the client relationship stays exactly where it is, with you.
What is white-label Magento development?
White-label Magento development is Magento (Adobe Commerce) work done by an outside specialist and delivered under your agency's name. Your client deals only with your agency; you keep the relationship, the scope and the billing, and I work in the background as a senior member of your team. Agencies use it to cover a skill they don't have in-house, absorb a peak in demand, or put a senior pair of eyes on a risky project - without the cost and lead time of a senior hire. It is a form of Magento subcontracting or outsourcing in which the work is presented as yours, so the client has no reason to look past your agency.
What I offer Magento and digital agencies
Five kinds of help, each delivered under your brand. You can use one of them for a single client or combine them across your portfolio.
White-label audits
The same three audit packages - Code & Architecture, Performance and Comprehensive - delivered under your agency's name for your client.
Pre-sales & discovery
Estimates, RFP documentation, discovery workshops and technical due diligence of an inherited build before you take it over.
Senior Magento capacity
Hyvä Theme & Checkout, custom modules, ERP/PIM/CRM/WMS integrations, upgrades, security patching, performance fixes and code review - in your Git, tracker, standards and CI.
Rescue & second opinion
An independent read on a troubled project: what is actually wrong, how risky it is, and what to fix first.
Team enablement
AI training for your Magento developers, and delivery-process setup for your team.
How I work white-label: the ground rules
White-label only works if you can trust that your client stays your client. These are the rules I work by on every agency engagement, and they can be written into our agreement.
- Your brand, not mine - I work under your agency's name. In client calls, tickets and documents I am part of your team, introduced however you prefer.
- Your branding on deliverables - audit reports and technical documents can be delivered in your agency's branding and template, with no SimpleMage branding.
- NDA as standard - signed before you share any client name, code or data. I can sign your agency's NDA or provide my own.
- No contact with your client - I don't contact your client directly, pitch to them or offer them my services unless you ask me to. A non-solicitation clause can go into our agreement.
- Client calls when invited - if you want me in the room, I join client calls as part of your team; if you don't, I stay entirely in the background.
- Your channels only - all communication runs through your agency's channels (your Slack, email or issue tracker). I don't open side channels with the client.
How a white-label Magento engagement works
Every engagement follows the same five steps, whether it is a one-off audit for one client or ongoing delivery capacity across several.
Brief & NDA
You describe the client, the project and what you need from me, and we sign an NDA before any client detail or code changes hands. I tell you honestly whether it is a good fit for me, and if it isn't, I say so instead of stretching to fit.
Scope & quote
Audits use the three fixed packages at partner rates. Everything else - pre-sales support, delivery, rescue - gets a written quote per engagement, scoped against the client's real codebase rather than a guess. What you charge your client is your decision.
Access & onboarding
You onboard me as you would a senior hire: access to your Git repository, issue tracker, coding standards, CI and staging. For an audit, a code archive or repository read access plus an anonymised copy of the production database is enough - nothing runs against the client's live store.
Delivery under your brand
I work inside your process and report to your lead, with my code going through your review like anyone else's. Deliverables come to you first, in your branding, so you can review them before the client sees anything.
Handover
You get the report, code or documentation with enough context for your team to carry on without me. For audits, the review session is held with your team - or with your client, with me as part of your team, if you invite me.
Who white-label Magento support is for
This is for agencies that sell and run Magento projects but don't always have senior Magento depth on the bench. Typically that means Magento and Adobe Commerce agencies at capacity, or needing a specialist for one part of a project such as Hyvä Checkout, an ERP integration or a difficult upgrade; digital and e-commerce agencies whose clients run Magento but who have no senior Magento developer in-house; and Adobe Commerce partners with overflow work or a pre-sales deadline. I work with agencies worldwide, fully remotely, including agencies in the UAE and the wider GCC (same timezone, Dubai-licensed) and in Poland (I work in Polish as well as English). If you need one accountable senior Magento developer rather than an outsourced team, this is the right fit.
Why agencies work with an independent senior Magento specialist
What you get is one accountable senior specialist, not a rotating team - someone your developers can rely on and your client never has to know about.
- Adobe Commerce Certified Expert - 12+ years on Magento 1 and 2, from small stores to enterprise Adobe Commerce and B2B.
- KISS approach - native Magento and proven patterns first, custom code only where it pays off, so what I leave behind is easy for your team to maintain and for your client to upgrade.
- Senior work from start to finish - the person you brief is the person who does the work; nothing is handed down to juniors.
- Dubai-licensed - Sole Professional Licence No. 107896, a registered, invoiceable provider. My hours on GST (UTC+4) cover the Gulf working day and overlap with most of the European (CET) one.
Engagement models and partner rates
Agency work is priced at partner rates, which I share on request and confirm in writing before any work starts - there are no open-ended estimates. There are three ways to work together, plus enablement for your own developers.
- Fixed-price audits - the three audit packages (reports in about 5, 7 and 10 business days), quoted at a fixed partner rate. The final quote depends on store size and the number of integrations.
- Per-project quotes - pre-sales and discovery support, technical due diligence, rescue work and defined delivery projects, each scoped against the real codebase and quoted in writing.
- Ongoing capacity - for agencies that need senior Magento work regularly. We agree the scope and the rhythm of the work, and the arrangement is quoted per engagement.
- Team enablement - AI training for your Magento developers and delivery-process setup, quoted per team.
